Bob and his company are by far the most professional and honest mold remediation company I have dealt with. On more than one occasion Bob has come to my rescue and either explained a mold report to me or has made time to come out to look at a questionable area. I was recommended Bob from ARCO environmental by my realtor after our home inspection suspected possible mold. Not only was Bob prompt to my inquiry but he was able to quickly fit me in as we were in a bit of a time crunch. Bob was so great during his inspection I hired him and his son instantly to complete the remediation after we closed on the home. Once again, Bob quickly fit me into his schedule to have the remediation started before we moved in. During the remediation Bob and his son were professional, proficient, efficient and just overall so kind. I had to commute from our current home (Monmouth county) to the new home for the remediation. What was supposed to be a two day job turned into a one day job so I wouldn’t have to travel back the next day. Bobs son (Bob jr.) worked all day to complete the job. I could not appreciate this more as it saved me another 2 hour drive. I l also came to learn that ARCO does much more than just environmental work and I will definitely call them in the future for any and all of my home repair needs. I could not recommend them more!!
